30–year warranty against manufacturer defects.
Window and Door Glass:
10–year warranty against manufacturer defects.
Hardware:
1–year warranty against manufacturer defects.
Factory Finish:
5–year warranty against manufacturer defects.
Note: Manufacturer will cover all freight cost on small items such as hardware. Manufacturer does not cover freight cost on windows / doors / full assemblies.
Aluminum
Window and Door Assemblies:
10–year warranty against manufacturer defects.
Hardware:
10–year warranty against manufacturer defects.
Factory Finish:
10–year warranty against manufacturer defects.
Damage Occurring During Transit:
Product will be replaced free of charge– immediate and expedited production + expedited shipping.
Damage Occurring Onsite / During Installation:
Immediate and expedited production + expedited shipping, but the client bears all costs.
Damage Occurring After Installation (months / years):
If damage is a result of manufacturer defect within 10 years, then the general warranty applies– replacement, immediate and expedited production + expedited shipping, all free of charge.
Note: Manufacturer defect replacement(s) ship via Air for small parts and via Ocean for large windows and door assemblies.

Warranty Does Not Cover:
Circumstances beyond Modern Dōrology’s control, including but not limited to damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, mishandling or acts of nature;
Modification to the product that differs from its original design;
On-site product damage during construction due to improper protection, storage, and cleaning;
Damaged to product by caused by clients’, or other unauthorized attempts to repair the product;
Improper installation;
Corrosion due to improper maintenance and/or refinishing;
Disregard to perform normal homeowner’s maintenance and refinishing;
Laminated glass delamination or visual defects at the edges of the glass;
Paint damage related to the use of duct tape, red stucco tape, sharp objects, etc.;
Normal wear and tear
